Okay, so, I posted on the Bethesda Forums for Steam, and have gotten 1 response that didn't fix the issue at all. (Change bFull Screen=0 to bFull Screen=1 -> This didn't fix the problem, and was the only solution I saw) When I start up the game, I have the ability to set the screen. When I set it to Full Screen, the game loads, but doesn't switch it to the main window. As soon as I click on the game, it begins to strobe out. Main title screen still loads, but it's strobing like crazy. I tried doing it on every one of the different Resolution levels, and I either got a strobe effect, or the screen remained black and the game "Stopped Responding." My tech specs follow the requirements and I have the updated patch for my Drivers and the game itself. I can run the game in Windowed, Borderless on Ultra with no drop in Frame Rate, but it won't play in full screen. Any idea what's going on?

Hey there guys, I'm having a persistant problem with my Fallout 3 game, in which is constantly crashes and/or freezes. Problem: FO3 Crashes/Freezes, ranging drastically, from only 2-5 seconds of game play, to as much as 2-3 minutes... Locations: All. Open world spaces, interiors, DLC areas, Mod-Addons. All locations are having this problem, regardless of patches, lack/no mods running, or even low graphics settings. Mods Used: Even with all Mods uninstalled (fresh re-install of base game), even with No DLCs installed, and with one or both, all have been tested. Attempted Fixes: Uninstall/Reinstall (total of 8 times now), disc-defragment, Unofficial FO3 Patch, Official FO3 Patch, Mod Patches/Compatability patches, uninstalling ALL mods, uninstalling ALL DLCs, running GameBooster3, closing all exterior processes, learning & executing Master Patch through FO3Edit, Using/Not Using FOSE, NOTHING solves this problem. If anyone has any idea what's going on, I would really appreciate the help, as my game is literally un-playable, due to gameplay being limited to a few seconds to a few minutes. Been following this fairly closely since I heard about it a few months ago, and I for one will gladly say I can wait the extra one or two weeks. The amount of work, expertise, and sleepless mentat filled hours that you guys are throwing onto this project is on a mind boggling scale, and I would be sad to see if Bethesda didn't recognize you guys for your extensive work. @DarthEzio07 That's actually the mod I've been keeping tabs on, but I was unaware that thay made a recent update, it says that the last change was 2 months ago in March.

So far I've only found 2 on the nexus, not too much support for either, but there apparently is a rumor for DLC that Bethesda may be releasing a crossbow :X

I personally can't wait until the crossbow design comes out based on the Dwermer crossbows. It should be quite interesting. HEADS UP TO FOLLOWERS: The pistol mods that have been released are still quite basic. If you HAVE downloaded any of them, please give us your feedback regarding their quality. I for one am hesitant about downloading any of them, as they seem to be quite odd looking and functioning :P Thank You.

Well she actually respawns in her normal clothing even after just leaving the town we live in. I actually REMOVED the original boots and dress she wore, so every time she respawns in the clothing, it's the boots, and her underwear... You said there is no way of resolving this until the CK is out? :\

Does anybody know how to fix this???

Several days later, I'm coming back because a reoccurring problem is starting to tick me off: I deleted the shoes she had in her inventory, as well as the crappy dress: Even after applying a new item for wear, she still wears the same shoes, and the equipped item disappears off of her after reverting to a save,or closing the game. What gives? How can I make something that she will permanently wear???

Albeit I do personally love First Person Shooters, I would have to keep my own personal preference of a semi-automatic high powered rifle out of this game :P I do love using good, solid, powerful firearms, but I also disagree; the combat in this game is actually what attracted me to it, it was *different* from the CoD and Battlefield series. As I said in the beginning of the forum, I used to play Fantasy RPGs all the time, but over the years, mainly due to a crappy PC, i've stuck to console FPS games. Now that I have this, I would like to include a *small* part of my firearms preferences to the game, but not to the extent of modern firearms. I can almost guarantee that a modder out there agrees with your statement, and may actually include guns of that level, so I do support your point of view, but my personal preference for this game would be to add a simple, basic firearm.

It will be released in January, according to Bethesda's statement on the matter. Alright, thank you :] Guess we're going to have to wait until January :P
