The mod author is banned and thus cannot be Pm'ed so i cannot ask him, but i would like to make a new character based of the picture he used in his mod. Perhaps some of you will be able to help recognize some of the mods he used and help me recreate the skin color and tone. There may be something like this but i cannot find it, just a batch file that adds all weapon modifications including dlc items.

There used to be a mod called I put a spell on you that allowed you to put all enchantments on all items. But it seems it is no longer on the nexus, are there any mods similar?

Right when i level up to level 6 after hitting done on the perk tree the game will just freeze, i think that getting the newest version of FOSE may fix it but when i click the download link of the silverlight website i get a page with a bunch of chinese or some random code... i tried the fook2 level up fix, don't work and possible my load order is wrong... i have NMC's texture pack but i cannot be sure if it is actually working or not... i put all the files in a folder and used winrar to extract here and then copied the files over to the fallout folder (One up from fallout/data) but i can't tell if it is working or not...
