I found the specific issue with the skyrimprefs.ini file. At least my specific issue. The resolution was set improperly, so after finding the correct resolution for my monitor (for me was 1920x1080), go find these lines in the skyrimprefs.ini file: iSize H=1080 iSize W=1920 And set them to your resolution. After launching again, it should be fixed.
