Best way is using FO3Edit and do it yourself manually, following instruction in the Training manual . If you want a quick easy way and you are sure they don't conflict at all you can try FO3 Plugin Utility , I merged my self little mods and patches in a couple of minutes and it works fine. Alright thanks a bunch, I'll give it a try. :)
