LOOT will work with sse if you change the skyrim directory to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition this is tested and confirmed! for those with trouble with load order. :)

Need this myself. I'm having issues with Sounds of Skyrim needing to use SPO as a master .esp when trying to run the reproccer for skyre and the patcher for dual sheath redux.

i downloaded the spanish version and ran LOOT, issue is fixed now. 0 errors. i had the exact same problem.
