Mods, sorry for double posting; So I figured out what the issue was. I had the mod "Simple multiple followers" on, and I had Lydia following me. After turning off the mod, and dismissing Lydia, my custom follower now follows me without issue. I now have the issue of the head/neck not being the same color as the body. Any suggestions?

The other issue that arrises is that I can not dismiss her. when I choose "It's time for us to part ways" She says "I'll head home if you need me." But when I speak to her again, the dialogue for following is still active.

So, I've created a custom follower using the guide http://hubpages.com/hub/Hot-to-Turn-Your-Skyrim-Character-into-a-Follower# She has all of her dialogue, says everything like a champ, only issue, is that she doesn't do anything when I click on "Follow me" I mean she says something to the extent of "You lead I'll follow" but she then walks back to the spot of where I put her with CK. Could that have something to do with it? She has the femaleyoungeager voice set. Her relationship rank is set to 75, she is also marriable(Haven't tired it yet D:). I followed the guide to the letter, the only difference is that she is not made from Vanilla skyrim, I made her using a mod. I really liked the race, and I wanted a follower of that race.Help me out?
