  1. Hi everyone I've just about exhausted all the animation resources on the net related to F3, FNV and Oblivion. I'm trying to modify and create new 3rd person animations to minimize clipping with Dragbody's Fallout 4 Power armor overhaul, but I'm at the point where I feel like giving up. To me animation for these games is some almost lost arcane art and I have no idea how people managed to do it in the past. I've managed to learn the basics such as importing skeletons along with .kf files into blender, editing animations, exporting and implementing in game. But I haven't figured out the following: 1) How to attach a weapon to the skeleton 2) How to use IK with the vanilla skeleton Can anyone help or point me to someone who can? I intend to write a proper guide on it once done so others won't have to struggle like this.
  2. Hi everyone Is there anyone here with experience when it comes to 3rd person animations in Blender? I've learned how to import animations, edit animations using FK, export and implement them in game, but I've run into a few problems I can't solve due to a lack of online resources for both Blender v2.49 and the skeleton used by the game. I have a lot of problems with the thigh bones rotating the wrong direction and I also have questions regarding IK and baking. I'd appreciate any advice or reference to someone who might be able to help.
