There's a mod that allows you to have a lot of time pass. Weeks/months ect. if I remember correctly. It was so although NV always starts around the same date, you had the opportunity to experience the game at times you'd have to spend years playing to get to. Anyone know what it is? I could only find mods that allowed to you wait for a couple of weeks or so, and again if I remember correctly this mod could change the date to months in advance.

Okay so, everyone is familiar with the Beretta M9/92/F/FS/93 in all its sizes, colors, and calibers which have been implemented in FO3 and NV by various modders. However one of my favorite guns from Beretta is the CX4 storm.
The reason this weapon would be so nice to have in NV is all the options you could have in a single gun. For example in the pictures, possible mods would include a scope and suppressor. But other mods could add some other features of this gun such as kits to change what caliber it will fire. These could be 9x19mm Parabellum, 9x21mm IMI, .40 S&W, .45 ACP, and I think all of them are available in CaliberX which it seems that everyone uses anyway.

Hey,
I was wondering if anyone could do recolors of the boomer suits to make the vault parts of the suit green/brown/black/something that isn't blue and matches with the military theme of the outfits. In addition, I'm having a hard time finding proper western clothes for my female characters that isn't 'Oh here's a bikini with some chaps' or something like that. I know eye candy is a big thing for a lot of people, but I prefer my female chars to look dignified, and have clothing appropriate to the fact that they're often in gun fights. :P Tactical and practical ya know?
Anyway if anyone could do any of this, or point me in the direction of a mod that already has what I'm asking for, that'd be very much appreciated.

if you are mega ritch...... the 6990 yes its overkill but "its the fastest grafix card on the market"... as for your old card.. keep it as a detacated phix card thats if it supports it.. if not.. try and sell it privetly... help ya get a new card
There really isn't much of a reason to purchase a 6970 over a 6950. He also would have no reason to get a 6990 as the rest of his system would definitely be struggling to keep up with it.

I am experiencing the dreaded lunchbox bug in Tourist Trap where the cabinet with the last lunchbox spawns closed and inaccessible. Neither console commands or going from older saves or exiting and re-entering the building has helped me. Does anyone know of a way to fix this?

6950 1GB might be had for 250$ or there abouts but on a 2GB model which I recommend for 1080p or higher resolution, you're looking closer to 300$ after tax/ship based on where you live.
For a cheap option the 560Ti will do, especially some of the factory overclocked variants with custom cooling.
If you really want to spend, a 6950 2GB or 570 would be the way to go.
Keep in mind the rest of your system may hold you back if you go for a high end GPU purchase.

I am unable to find the ever popular Gothic Breton race mod. I checked the TESNexus DB, as well as google, and just about everywhere has the file removed or missing. Help?

I'm not even sure if such a mod exists, but quite frankly, I assume one has to due to how uninformative and messy Oblivion is in terms of multiple save files.
I'm wondering if there is any sort of mod that better manages, names, or displays savegames, so that when I have 40+ of them thanks to autosaves and the like, I can delete multiple saves, see which character they belong to without mousing over them, and other such helpful features. I encountered an Oblivion save manager, which refused to work since my Oblivion is from steam, and I'd rather have something that did this in-game rather than an external addon. Of course if that's the only option, it'll have to do.
Sorry if this is in the wrong spot, or worse, if no such mod exists. I looked around in the database but all I found were savegames and no real savegame organizers or such.

The GTX260 c216 has been proven time and again to be inferior to the HD4870 1GB. Since both retail for about the same price, I cannot recommend the GTX260 c216.

For that price range, either the HD4870 or HD4890 would be a very nice choice.

Also, just from model numbers, it is known that an HD4670 cannot match an 8800GTX, it is an inferior card in the same way a 8600GT would be inferior. I would imagine an HD4830 might match that card (if not the 4850 would outdo it definitely), if not out do it, and the 4830 is known for its overclocking potential as well. However if you're thinking a 4830 would serve your needs, a 4770 is a much better deal, but much harder to find. The 4770 uses 40nm technology which as of right now is in very low supply.

Hey all,
When I go to sleep and level up, I select the stats I wish to get the +# on, and confirm. The game freezes and I'm forced to use task manager to end oblivion.

Playing as one of Ren's Mystic Elves. Perhaps that could be the problem?

Currently having a similar problem with similar mods, the eyes are all messed up. NPCs have half of two different eyes. If I remember correctly its some sort of issue with size differences between custom race eyes and the default ones. I have no idea how to fix it though.

These scores usually aren't accurate when it comes to other areas like gaming, encoding, ect. Being that I'm not on Vista I don't have a score.

HD4850 512mb, stock clocks w/DuOrb HSF. idle is 40 and load stays under 52 most of the time. Going to go HD4850xfire in july, or possibly 4890xfire.
The 4850s are excellent choices for crossfire. Hope all goes well.

I've just ordered a ATI Radeon HD 4890, seems decent enough value at just under £200. My current 512mb HD 3870 is really struggling with all the stuff I've got in game now.
Sorry to tell you a 4870 1GB would've been a better value. You're paying a higher percentage of price for less percentage of a performance increase, and a 4870 can usually OC to near 4890 speeds.

I made the mistake of getting a PCI-E mobo without 2.0. Still an amazing card though just less bandwidth.
An 8800GTS isn't a high end enough card to push the bandwidth limit on a PCI-E 1.0a slot. You need at least a GTX200 series card to start getting slot bandwidth limited.

CTD Related to Riften
in Skyrim LE

Hello Nexus,
Having some trouble whenever I fast travel to Riften. If I try and fast travel directly to it, I CTD. If I fast travel to the stables outside I sometimes CTD and sometimes I do not. Then, after entering the city and walking around a bit, I'll CTD. I think it might be related to one of the texture packs but because they are all so widely used I figure it must be some sort of of conflict or load order problem.
