I personally don't care for xbox because of the controller and lack of bluray. Otherwise about the same. The Kinect is good though.

If they made an MMORPG It would be a new series.

I'd personally think it should be allowed for PS3 even if Microsoft doesn't want it.

I honestly don't know. All I was told was it wasn't Fallout 4 and it's unlikely to be Elder Scrolls VI. So it would mean a new series. Perhaps a game to speak to wider range of people? Or a MMORPG?
