Does anyone know the armor mannequin item number for console commands?

It worked for me. I found this post over at the Bethesda forums. CTD fix

So what works best for me so far to avoid total lock-ups that require a hard reboot (this happens more) or CTD is to save often and every 15 min or so quit to main menu and restart game. I know this seems like a pain, but since I get whole system freezes more often, that require more time to restart, this is a much better option. If all I had were CTD's then I wouldn't bother. By doing this I can get hours of game play without freezes. Hope this helps someone else.

Has anyone killed a giant yet? I have tried with no success. Any tips?

I'm an elf, no problems.

I have successfully given her a helm. But not armor. I'm guessing the armor I'm giving her isn't better than the armor she's already wearing. But I haven't come across anything better than steel and I believe that is what she is wearing.

I'm lvl 10 BattleMage (axe and fire/ice) I use firebolt or icespike along with my summoned atronach and Lydia( w/ a bow) to bring the dragon down to the ground and then I just hack away. I do have to use some potions and healing spells, but it's doable. I haven't accounted an elder dragon yet, but this style has worked well with me. I do find the giants to be impossible to kill though.

Well that's your problem. Daggers and a bow? Try a sword or other one-handed weapons until your skill is higher. Then you can use the double daggers. I use an axe in one hand and magic in the other, and I haven't had any problems. I'm on normal difficulty and it's just right. The dragons take a bit to kill (haven't gone up against an elder dragon yet), the wolves are easy and the giants are impossible. I'm lvl 10, and loving it.

Well turning off anti-aliasing fixed my problem. The game still looks great with it off.

I figured it out. You have to take her sword from her, then she'll equip the bow.

Can someone tell me how to equip Lydia with a bow? I can give it to her, but she just carry's it for me.
