@sonogu it's easy for me help fellow users when i think about all the help that i have received, that's what makes this a community.
edit:i just read your last post, last night i downloaded that mod and there was definitely two mesh files, send me a PM
I found it, it was in bsa file, i edited it too and the problem has been solved. Thanks.

I'm guessing you figured out that after scaling the nif file associated for the shield whilst on back, that you also needed to scale the other nif file that is used when you have it equipped? I downloaded your shield mod, there is 2 nif files.
I checked it but there is no second nif file...
Is it in bsa file?

Which game?
If they post a Skyrim screenshot is it really necessary to ask?

@Elianora; LE, or SSE? Note that I asked "Which", not "What".
(Need to know to move the topic to the correct forum. This is a technical question that belongs with the specific game, not a general one that belongs here.)

2 nif files?? nope i wasn't aware that... I am going to check it, thank you very much :)
(sorry for the late response)

load your mesh. then right click where your see the shield, hit transform and then edit and then adjust scale
i learned this when making a follower that i wanted give costume armor and weapons to. i didnt have to do anything with the texture files
Thank you but i already did it. It just resized the shield on back view, equiped shield in 1st and 3rd person view stayed large (you can see this in my pictures), I am looking for a way to resize them.

Hello guys, There is a shield mod named Lionhearth that i like to use but the shield is too large for my taste. I want to resize it and in nifskope i used transform option to make the mesh smaller but ingame when the shield is on back it looks smaller however when it is eqipted in 1st or 3rd person view it still looks large. How can i resize the 1st and 3rd person equiped view looks? Thanks in advance.

There are more than a year of work and effort behind both new nexus and vortex. I just love it when people destroy others' hard work with only few sentences. Yes, there is a concept of criticism but criticism shows the way to better. If a comment doesn't involve a single positive thing it means you are not criticizing, in best scenario you are just whining or worst satisfying your ego.

Congratulations, you guys had been working very hard. It looks beautiful.

In response to post #52463753. #52466613 is also a reply to the same post.http://www.nexusmods.com/games/news/13257/?Biikaru wrote: why did the mod manager even need a new name? "Vortex"? lol
"Nexus Mod Manager" name was fine & besides, it was always in beta anyway.mytigio wrote: They wanted something that could be expanded beyond just mod management without a mid-stream rebranding.
It's explained in the original post about naming the product. -
Exciting!!!
New website design and a new manager... our home is getting restored and redecorated :)

No problem. It's probably optional so that low end PC users can turn it off if it causes too much lag.
Well, I checked the setting and saw that both rain occlusion and wetness are already ticked, my problem is that there is no rain inside of the buildings but if it rains clothes are getting wet... so I just wanted to prevent that (when you are outside, it is a good feature getting soaked during the rain)
So, I guess i am going to need the true storms mod anyway :)
-
There is no need for a mod like this. It's already a vanilla feature, bud. Explore the graphic settings and game options before looking for a mod. It's called rain occlusion in the launch options. You can also tweak the graphics there.
Well that's interesting :D
I would naturally expected it to be a default setting that rain doesn't come through the ceiling... so I never thought there would be a setting for this :))
I will check it, thank you.
-
I believe True Storms are done with it.
I thought true storms was just about the weather,
Now i watched the video demonstration of true storms and it really does prevent rain to come through ceiling and walls... thank you...

There was a mod named "Real Shelter" for skyrim, a similar mod is much needed in fallout 4 too. If someone can do it, i am sure it will get many endorsements...
-
Guys, I have a skyrim mesh that i want to convert into a fallout 4 mesh, is that possible?
The mesh belongs to a static object, not an armor or weapon (as i understand in fallout 4 weapons & armors also have material files, right?)
Thank you.

Nope I haven't seen that thread (Will check it ofcourse). Thank you.
Actually, the solution in my mind was adding custom settlements as a placeable places for the hatches of the basement living not adding another interior cell.
-
Hello guys,
I really liked Basement Living mod by fadingsignal, I also like freedom comes with Conquest mod by Chesko.
When I tried them together I saw that Basement Living allows me to place the basement hatches within the vanille settlement areas. I want to make these two mods compatiable for my own usage, what should I edit in CK?
Thanks.

What about the NPC's voice type?
In vanilla there are limited npc voice types that have follower dialogs. Without setting your NPC's voice type with a proper follower voice type you can not make her/him a follower. Please google for follower voice types and choose one of the right types for the npc.
