Oh, sorry. You can take Willow up with you and Victor doesn't care because the game only tracks the vanilla companions when it wants to do something about companions. If modders want to have something like it done with their companions then we have to do something about it. I've done nothing to Willow to include her in the checks that get done with the vanillas in the game. any idea what it could be if Sonia (modded companion) and Willow (those are the only 2 I have because I fired the other 2 I had) are both at home? am I a companion of myself? experimentally uninstall your mods in batches to find the offending item and how would I do that without causing corruption? you'll never know until you try. and the idea isn't to keep playing from these experiments the idea is to perform the experiments well, I figured it out 5 seconds after posting the last one: backups! and after disabling 2 of them, A wild new dialog option appears, player used mark save as success, it's super effective!

I can tell you that it's definitely not Willow. She doesn't affect your companion count. what would this have anything to do with companion counts?

Victor won't let me enter lucky 38 because I have companions even though they are waiting at home mods I use (I'd guess this is mostly focused on companion mods, though) the companion mods are: RWKNV FPT EDE Vanilla BigEyes NVWillow SunnyCompanion

you need FOMM for mods, idk if that works for DLC though, but it should work with the data option on the launcher
