  1. Fairly certain I had tried that but I'll give it another go. I don't mean to blow up the forums but I actually did a lot of testing and switching back and forth between the game and CK. The ratio of time to progress was pretty frustrating :P and since most people here could probably do this in minutes I might as well ask. Anyways, thanks for the advice, opening up CK now...
  2. Where in the CK would this be located? I didn't see it anywhere on the weapon entry for the bound battleaxe
  3. anybody? please? total noob just needing some simple advice.
  4. yeah... ended up being way harder than I thought. I'm stumped :( would you have any clues as to how to remove the glow?
  5. I've been trying to add a bound scythe in CK and have got it working in game as a replacement for the Bound Battleaxe, but when the scythe is conjured there is still the flaming battleaxe outline remaining. Could anybody give some advice on how to remove this?
  6. It's working! Only a small issue with the flaming battle axe outline remaining on top of the scythe, but hopefully i can figure that out lol. thanks so much for your guidance and patience!
  7. Ok, I've got the model set as the scythe. Do I also need to edit the 1st Person Model Object? I wasn't able to find any entries relating to the scythe in the drop down menu. Also, once everything is done do I just need to hit file>save and then in game "bound battleaxe"will conjure the scythe? or are there some additional steps to make it work in game?
  8. Ok so right now I am in creation, I found bound battleaxe under "spells" and right clicked to edit. This is what I'm looking at http://i1357.photobucket.com/albums/q756/Rex_Jones/Screenshot%203_zpsuagry6o5.png am I in the right location to do what you described? sorry for being so noobish i just dont wanna edit anything on a guess and mess my game up lol
  9. oh sorry I guess my vocab was way off lol. Like I said I am very much a noob. I want to be able to conjure a scythe, and i was thinking that to do that I would replace the bound battle axe, so that the spell "Bound Battleaxe" instead conjures a bound scythe. Can this all be done within CK or would I need something like blender or nifskope?
  10. I'm trying to add a conjurable scythe. In the mod request thread a user suggested i simply swap the battleaxe for a scythe texture. Could anybody give me tips on how to do this? I am a complete noob but feel like this might be easy enough to do. I just need to know how to change a the battleaxe to a different texture, and how to do that with a modded weapon. Was wanting to use the scythes from the "Classic Scythes" mod.
  11. yeah man i'm sure you're right, i'm just... extremely bad at using the creation kit. i've tried before with new vegas. maybe if someone would be willing to outline what needs to be done, but otherwise i wouldn't really know what i'm doing or even what to start with :/
  12. dont sleep on this 1 fam i hate to bump but there's just so many stupid impractical ideas that keep popping up and taking the first page. I feel like this is actually a decent idea that should be able to implemented with relative ease. Conjuration users would love this! Conjure a scythe! Soul trap! Raise the dead!
  13. Any interest? :( This is probably really easy!
  14. simple request, would like to be able to conjure a scythe for use in combat! there are already several scythes on the nexus that would make good candidates, but personally I prefer the simple look of the "Classic Scythes" mod. Would ideally like the conjured weapon to have the usual "bound weapon" visual effects, being made from purple energy etc. Planning on using it with a grim reaper-esque conjuration vampire character :) I've already got a scythe but conjuring one would look so much cooler than just having one on my back!
  15. any interest in making this happen? awfully cool idea to let go to waste :P
