This is what I'm getting too, I enable Mods in game and it works fine. Once I start up the game again I have to reload them all...every time???

I'm dead in the water now too, haven't changed a thing and it says I'm missing all Mod's...Reloaded all and still no good, can't even load a save if I don't load Mods. Nice to see it's just not me.
