Resolved. I'm still not sure what the problem was but loading an earlier save seems to work.

So I tried Reorganizing my Load order and I'm afraid something must have gone wrong. When I attempt to load my save the game crashes. My Mod Load Order is below. http://i.imgur.com/gkpdfmD.png
