Decided to boot up Skyrim with an updated ENB after some PC upgrades, was baffled to find my fps tanking from 80 to 12 in Riften. The game would lag regardless of whether or not ENB was activated or deactivated, I noticed that removing d3d9.dll did the trick so I knew it had something to do with the ENB. Don't know what the issue was but stumbling on your post lead me to the solution. So thanks, this post was helpful to somebody 3 years later. If anybody else has a similar issue with ENB try this out.

I am attempting to mess with the sky box for Irithyll of the Boreal Valley and am experiencing slight difficulty with the animated clouds that cover the sky box. When modifying the textures that belong to the animated clouds I notice that I can edit the visible quantity of clouds in the sky, however I cannot change anything related to their colour or transparency. For the purposes of the mod being made I would like to be able to edit the colour of the clouds, however I'm not sure how to go about doing that since re-colouring the texture for the cloud isn't enough to change it's colour. Does anybody have any suggestions for what I would need to do in order to change the colour? Worse case I can reduce the number of clouds in the sky, however I would prefer being able to re-colour them. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Ive decided to remove PCS. I ran flushcache, didn't fix the problem. Reinstalled obge and all the shaders, didn't fix the problem. I can still only get HLSLvignette.fx to work. I doubt the shaders are broken because they work completely fine if I use obge v3.0. I would rather just use obge 3.0 because the shaders work, only problem is that the water has these annoying lines in them. -
I'm having a little problem with OBGE. I'm currently using obge 3.1 but I cant get the shaderlist to work properly. The thing is, when using OBGE 3.0 the shaderlist works fine. Only problem is that if i use version 3.0 physically correct sky and liquid water won't work properly (yellow sky, messed up reflections). Another thing thats odd is only one of the shaders are working, HLSLvignette.fx. I know this will probably never happen, buut its worth a shot. So here goes XD. I just think this armor looks great, I like the rich style of it. XD It looks pretty complicated so I dont know if somebody would be able to make it, but it looks cool nontheless.

Sorry, just not really used to Wrye Bash. Disabling autosaving doesn't solve the problem.

Is there a way I can remove them from the bashed patch that way they dont take effect?

If thats the case then how come they are taking effect in game? :s Now I'm able to leave the area I load in, but I crash whenever I try to fast travel to places that are outside of a town.

I had them deactivated because one is to make the environment snowing and the other replaced the trees, however the trees of cyrodiil didn't seem to work, and I deleted the snow texture pack, so I kept them deactivated. After rebuilding the patch from the bottom of the list I'm guessing they were merged into it, and now I cant deactivate them.

Morrowind was directly after oblivion to begin with. Will rebuilding the patch merge deactivated mods into it then cause them to be activated? It would explain why theres snow and purple squares for leaves.

Alright, Ill get started on that. When rebuilding patch I get a little box saying "Error in Morrowind_ob.esm". It doesnt cause any problems with rebuilding the patch though. ALRIGHT, well I moved the patch to the end of the list, then repaired it again, disabled Streamline, Purge cell buffers, and CCC.esm/esp. Now strange things are happening. I tried the game and immediately noticed that some of the trees have purple squares for leaves, and its snowing in the IC Waterfront. I went and looked at my mod list and quite a few of them were unchecked, so I rechecked them. Tried playing again and theres still purple leaves and snow, plus its also still crashing when i try to leave the IC Waterfront.

Sorry I must have deactivated the bashed patch by accident. Ticked list by load order, ran boss, rebuilt and activated bashed patch again. When I right click and click on list mods the order is still the same as the one I poster earlier. The list that I get from the list mods option is a different order than whats shown while looking at the mods from Wrye Bash. I reinstalled and ran BOSS also.

I had been running it from Wrye Bash, I just realised that when i try to run Boss from the .exe I get a BOSS Log window that says Critical Error: "masterlist.txt" cannot be read! Check the Troubleshooting section of the ReadMe for more information and possible solutions. Utility will end now.
