Hey, I had the same issue. At the end of my rope, I went and deleted all mods I was running that require f4se, even the ones without ESPs. Those were the culprit, wiping them out let me load in past the initial black screen and into the main menu. Hope they get updated to the new version soon, it's going to be bothersome being unable to jump out of vertibirds until then.
