help eorlund 4 Look through the generated text using pageup and pagedown buttons till you find: NPC_: (ObjectID) 'Eorlund Grey-Mane' then type player.placeatme objectid Be careful though as I'm pretty sure this only spawns a copy, meaning you'll end up with 2 eorlunds in your game. So make sure you keep a backup in case you end up doing more damage.

You can also replicate containers eg: help "All Ammo" 4 player.placeatme 000C2CD4 10 Only handy for ingredients though.

I found the item hall: coc QASmoke I don't think there's a warehouse like in oblivion where you can actually see all the armors and weapons, though. Also take care while opening Enchanted weps and enchanted armor containers. They're so excessively large they might crash your game. Try help objectname 4 instead, eg: help dragonbane 4 then once you have the ObjectId player.additem #
