It is very important for anybody with this problem to look for ANY INI FILE IN ANY SKYRIM FOLDER!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

That save ini function in the game will fill every ini file with unnecessary crap. I even had ini's for mods I use, and had to delete and redownload them.

This sounds like something related to the problems some had with the patch that disabled 4GB. If your Skyrim can't use more than 2GB of RAM, it's very likely that some large textures will cause crashing. I had the same problem. Is your game 4GB modded?
