  1. Tried that, still no change :( Could it be something with my graphics card? I just got a new one, the AMD Radeon R9 290x, and I'm running the AMD Catalyst control center. Could that have anything to do with it?
  2. While I do have the double cursor fix installed, this unfortunately didn't cause any change  Still freezing on launch. Update: Additionally tried the same suggestion with the Injector version instead of the wrapper version - no difference there either.
  3. Hi, and thanks in advance for any help :) I'm having trouble getting SKSE and ENB to work together. I have been installing mods through MO, so while I had mods "installed" I am experiencing this problem whether I do this through my mod-loaded MO profile, or by manually launching skse_loader.exe (which means no mods present at all). I am using the Wrapper version of ENBSeries. I am not yet using one of the ENB presets, I just want to get the base working. If I launch the game through the vanilla, non-SKSE launcher, everything works fine - including ENB. If I launch the game through SKSE but without ENB installed, again, everything works fine. However, if I try to launch SKSE with ENBSeries wrapper installed, SKSE hangs as a black box and I never even make it to the main menu of the game. I'm stumped. I'm fairly certain my SkyrimPrefs.ini is set up correctly. There's clearly no interaction with other mods causing this. I can't think of anything else that might be the problem, and my searches haven't shown me anyone with this same problem, let alone a solution. Could anyone help me please? I've got a shiny new graphics card and monitor and I want to make good use of them :-p Thank you again, in advance.
  4. Huh. Might work. Thanks for showing me this :)
  5. Has anyone found a way to completely analyze save files into human readable text, directly edit save-specific variables, and then recompile it into a working save? If not, speculation on how difficult it would be?
  6. Perfect! Precisely what I was looking for, thank you! For some reason I thought they were one mod, and I thought they had more descriptive names that would be a bit more conducive to searching. But thank you!
  7. I feel like I remember seeing a mod that made villagers / non-combatants (people you would expect to have no combat training of any sort) just run to their homes / shelter during dragon / vamp / etc attacks, but I've been searching for every string of keywords I can think of and can't find it. If anyone knows the mod I'm talking about, I'd appreciate it if you could point it out. And if I'm completely crazy and this doesn't exist yet, consider it a formal request for it to be made. It's silly when a dragon swoops down and farmers and the like are all "arrr yeah I've got an iron dagger, come at me"...
  8. That'd be an awesome mod, but rather complex. All I want is one little statistic changed on the nature of Blackreach. Really more of a bug fix than a mod.
  9. As we all know, skyrim is full of bugs and glitches. To some people every little glitch is an affront, but personally none of them have bothered me much. The one that *does* tick me off a bit is related to vampirism. As a player that chose to play as a vampire, when I first found blackreach I was *thrilled*. I thought, "wow, a huge land of permanent darkness, where I'll only ever have the vampire's strengths and none of its weaknesses. This'll be great!" Except it wasn't. As far as vampirism is concerned, Blackreach is considered an outdoor environment, and during the day time you take all of the sunlight penalties. This isn't a huge deal, really. I ended up curing my vampirism on my main character for now because its too much of a hassle to deal with while going through the main quest lines. Still, I imagine it wouldn't be real hard to fix, either. Maybe it would be. I know nothing about the actual internal structure of the game. But if it *is* as simple as flipping an isOutside boolean somewhere, then it'd be nice if a mod could come out to sort of patch it.
