  1. I think that "eyes adjusting" effect you're talking about is HDR. So try going into C:\Users\*USERNAME*\Documents\My Games\Skyrim and open SkyrimPrefs.ini and then find and change bDoHighDynamicRange=1 to bDoHighDynamicRange=0. And about the audio, in Windows, right click the Volume icon next to Windows's clock, and pick Playback Devices. Then select the Playback device that says "Default Device" and press Properties. Select the Advanced tab, and there you will find "Default Format" with a drop-down list to change your audio's Hz with. EDIT: Okay, I tried disabling that "bDoHighDynamicRange", and it didn't make any change. Or atleast it didn't change the eye adjustment thing.
  2. Hi, I decided to try and completely disable dynamic shadows for a huge FPS boost. So I followed a guide and tweaked my SkyrimPrefs.ini by setting the values of fShadowDistance and fInteriorShadowDistance to 0.0000. It works flawlessly in exteriors, and I get a great boost in FPS. However, the shadows are still there in interiors, like I never touched the .ini file... Do I have to change any more .ini settings to disable them in interiors?
