Should I apply the changes in "Loot"? -Or this will corrupt some of my working mods? (That post should be deleted but I have no power to do that)

-Every water is glitched.

I noticed that there is nothing happend when I change fps to 60 and turn off vsync. This is not a solution to this problem.

 

-LOOT is a diagnostic program or sorting tool? I'll try it.

Water is pushing objetcs and player too high. I don't know why.

Mabye somebody know how to repair this bug??

There is problem too with grabbed items.

When I tuching anything with them while grabbed, they are starting to shaking very much.

I'm running on blocked 75fps and speed vsync.

-a lot of mods, but I don't know what of them could cause the problem.

 

My computer:
-Nvidia gtx 1060 6GB
-intel core i5 2.80 GHz
-8GB ram
