How do I go about fixing this?

I'm having a similar issue. Can one of you guys help me?

Hey guys, I've tried re-organising my mod order on Nexus, I've disabled troublesome AKWCR compatibility and standalone weapons mods and updated my games drivers. My game still crashes once I try to load my last saves. I'll list my mods and mod order if that will help the problem be fixed. I really hope someone can assist me, as I can't play the game until someone does. Thanks.
