Ok... so I'm really lost as to what could be causing my character to be unable to use terminals, chairs, poweramor, or workstations. I loaded a saved game (with the same mods) from 2 weeks ago and it worked just fine. My character was able to interact with everything mentioned above. I cannot think of what could be causing this issue. Is there some in game setting I can fix with a console command? :( I really don't want to start my settlement over... would really appreciate some help on this one. is there any good tutorial that would help me with making my own hairstyle and importing it into fo4? i've been looking high and low and still cannot find anything...

Yes I am wondering too if it's possible to change settler's hair...

I noticed after installing various mods that I was unable to edit my settler's hair. I thought it was the mods causing this so I loaded a very old settlement with all mods disabled and I still could not modify the hair of my settlers.... I am using slm *npcrefID to bring up the menu to edit appearances. Anyone else have this problem?
