    Why do people hate Fallout 4 so much?

    They say that no good RPGs have a voiced character but they do, The Dragon Age Series, Guild Wars 2, and others that get high praise. Another thing that they complain about is the graphics. I know games recently have been photo realistic, but if you judge a game by the graphics than you shouldn't be calling yourself a gamer. In the last two years there have been many good games that aren't photo realistic and expecting an A list game to look like that is just stupid.

    First of all I don't hate Fallout4. I enjoy it for the most part. And even though I would have preferred a "mute" as a character the voice acting is done well IMHO. the lip-syncing not so much.

    Also with the amount of hype leading up to the release I think it's impossible to NOT feel disappointed with the game.

    With that said there are some things I don't like about F4: I don't like the console style UI. I don't like the favorites UI in particular. I don't like the workshop controls. I miss seeing my rifle on my back. I don't like it that my dialogue options are YES - NO - SARCASTIC or QUESTION.

    I also like a lot of things in F4: I like the atmosphere - the glowing sea especially. I like exploring downtown boston. I like the dungeons. I like the settlements.(remember vanilla New vegas?)

     

    The one thing that has really left me wondering is this:

     

    How good could Fallout4 have been if Bethesda had put all the money they put into voicing the main character into more quests or more little details?

    Prison mod?

    I would really like to see a prison in F3 with guards, dogs, and cell blocks and so on. And maybe the Talon guys who try to kill you if you have very good karma could put you in prison instead of killing you? like in Oblivion -> you get caught and now you can kill him, bribe him or go to prison. Or you could get tazed and wake up in prison when for example assaulting children ( like when you escape from Vault 87). And of course the prison comes with a breakout :P like getting friends, killing of traitors, posing as the prison female dog xD, digging tunnels... omg so many ideas....

    Need to start looking for a place in the wasteland asap...

    are you sure you've cleaned every´thing - the rotunda the basement and everything??? if that doesn't work you could open up the quest editor in GECK to get the quest ids For example if "cleaning out the memorial" is 0014e8b 50 you need to type in the console setstage 55 to get to the part of the quest where everyone can go in.

    i don't know what the quest stage is sry.

    Hi guys, maybe you are familiar with these artillery strikes you can call in for example in takoma park its used by the talon mercs ( link to a vid :

    ) There are also some mods that add a gun that calls in artillery ( CLICK ) What i would like to know if someone could add the artillery script to the enclave commander mod? PLEASE?

    Enclave commander 090 question

    Wohooo thank you for n° 1 :))) *happy face*

    But for n° 2: Yes i know load the mod up in geck and... I did this and gave the soldier types different weapons from the ultimate weapon pack (I don't know what the name is). Then i wanted to give them some advanced combat armors (thats another mod)! I saved and i started the game called in troops - they had the weapons, but they were naked???!!! It works completely fine with vanilla armor, but i want modded armor :( *sad face*

    Hi guys,

    I got a few problems with my favorite modification "Enclave Commander" 090. While i hope non of you experienced problems yet i do hope someone can help me out with this:

    1. the command key isn't working i tried binding the key to another key still no success (Also reinstalled EC 090)

    2. Well no Problem but a Question:

    I got a LOT of Armor and Weapon mods, and i want my Soldiers to use certain weapons and armor - How do i do that?? I remember something about a script, but i can't script anything!!!

    my bad i didn't understand what you were talking about there:

    Release 1

    Working TVs, Video Player, and remote control to play videos on the gamers computer. This would also be an ESM so the items could be placed in housing mods.

     

     

    Then after thats up and running bug free, we add the quests to repair the Galaxy News and Enclave TV Stations. creating the TV shows would then be a major feat. We would need to make hosts, Guests, animations, and do voice acting. Creating the TV shows would be the fun part.

     

    I dont know the first thing about scripting and modding, but I am creative and could write the quests and TV shows.

     

    Lets hear some of your ideas

    "play videos on the gamers computer" i made that to "play videogames.." Sorry( was typing before reading or thinking^^)

    But anyway the remote idea... a lot of stuff isn't lore, but most of that stuff is awesome and useful(just look at the weapons category xDDDD) a remote why? how do you want to access the remote while sitting? you could make the remote an aid item, that displays the channels, but i would find it useful to just activate the tv and the next channel starts, i don't think the idea is bad, but i would use the idea for release 2 or 3, for the first release you could stick with the tv only..

    cool idea so far, but

    a remote? that would be some scripting extra, why not go with a TV that you can use - the 50s had no remotes...

    Games? THAT definitely is not going to work! do you want to map extra keys to play pong inside of f3??? i'd stick with the TV

    but i guess the holotapes as Video would be nice- you could add a tape and it plays a "animation"-->a movie or something. Maybe it would be possible to add an animation to the pip-boy, so you can watch tv when youre out in the wastes...

    just had a new one: I was somewhere near ravenrock, and a slave runs up to me and tells me "Those Raiders put explosives on me" Me being the knight in shining armor and a quite good explosives skill decided to help her. I get a message: "You succesfully disarmed the explosives..." Then the slave runs a few yards and BAM! his head explodes???? WTF
