Here's the mod list of what I use: I don't have any mods that edits this cell that I know of. As for the missing body textures I don't know what causes that, I use CBBE and it seams to only effect some corpses in raider areas. I tried disabling pre culling to see what mod may effect it, but I get this each time I'm at a loss on what is causing this.

This mod would make the player's vision blurry, makes a walking animation that makes the play look drunk, and makes using weapons harder. It would only do this if the player is drunk, and if you get them drunk enough, they black out and wake up some time later.

Random missing textures in the institute

You were right, thanks. -
That's not missing textures. If you had missing textures, you would see things showing up as purple in-game. The problem is that something in your game is breaking the game engine's optimization system, and I highly suspect it has to do with the .ini edit and/or the mod you mentioned. Try disabling No More Disappearing Act and removing the .ini edit and see if that fixes this. If not, try disabling all your mods one by one with the .ini edit still removed. A mod doesn't necessarily need to make changes to only interior cells to cause problems like this, and the only way to narrow it down can be to disable mods one at a time. You should really never go out of your way to disable the game's optimization system in the way that you have. With the way most vanilla interior cells are designed and optimized, it can cause lots of problems like you have found out. You should also never purposely turn off preculling as you have. That alone will cause all sorts of performance issues. You can refer to my recent post on a similar subject to see why this is a bad idea. If you insist on using No More Disappearing Act, you should follow the instructions the mod author posts on the mod page regarding load order and the .ini edits they use. None of it is anything I would recommend if you want the game to be semi-playable, but that's just me. When I removed the ini edits, it worked, now I have a new problem. https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/5951838-random-missing-textures-in-the-institute/

When I go into the institute, this happens. I don't have any mods that change the outside world, I do have no disappearing act (It still did this even without the mod) I don't have any mods that changes the interior of the institute, and YES , I did validate my files, none were missing, what is causing this? I keep getting random areas inside some buildings where a floor or wall texture is missing. I don't have any mods that edit the interiors. I have bUsePreCulledObjects=0 in my .ini I have the no dispersing act mod But I still get his, I got it in the screenshot and Kellogg's bedroom at fort hegen. Does anyone know how to fix this?

This is affecting any files on Nexus right now, https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/tracker/issue-68673-impossible-to-download-anything-manually-or-via-nmm/ -
Do you have this mod active? This does have the same red glow http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4314/?

So I have some plant/flora mods, but on this one plant, I get this mess of missing textures: (See attached file) The mods I use for plants are: aMidianBorn Landscape HD Ivy Hybrids HD Plants and Herbs Natural Grass Tetxure floor Realistic Aspen Trees Skyrim 2016 Terrain Paralax STP Skyrim Flora Overhaul Tamriel Reloaded Grasses - Plants - Shrubs Complete New Textured Shrubs Climates of Tamriel* *Not sure if it causes problems This happens most around whiterun EDIT1: After some looking around the world, this only affects the large shrubs. EDIT2: The shrubs can be disabled with the console. EDIT3: Using new mods, testing if they fix the problem. EDIT4: Doesn't fix problem, so it's one of the listed mods that are causing the problem. EDIT5: Fixed problem by instaiing a new verson of the SFO mod
