[Skyrim Guards and Jarl after civil war]

Id like two things for a more immersive Sykrim after the civil war;

First id like the hold guards to return to their original uniforms.

Second Id like to see the new Jarl actually wearing Jarls cloth and a circlette (Maven, Brina, Kraldar and the Free-Winter fella iff the empire wins and Vignar, Sorli, Thongvor and Dengeir if the Stormcloaks win).
