Wow thanks for the reply. I hadn't even considered that my cpu might be the problem! I actually put my shadow distance thing at 1000. It did increase performance so I was happy about that. Definitely gonna try what you said Thanks!

Here is the problem. I have a gtx 760, Amd Phenom II x4 960T @ 3.00 Ghz and 8Gb ram. Should be enough to run this game at atleast 40 fps stable. Ofcourse it doesn't. So I read everywhere that it was the shadows and godrays so I fixed those. Did increase fps. Tried to use enboost en shadowboost but they didn't do anything for me (enboost even increased stutters). I feel like the game runs worse now. Now the weird part. My game either runs at a buttery smooth 50 fps, but when it drops, it always drops to 25 fps. But here is the joke. It doesn't automatically go back up. For example. I look at some part of the map. fps goes down. to 25 fps exactly. I look at the floor. wait 2 seconds. Look back up. 50 fps. It's freaking weird. Sometimes when walking around in sanctuary I get 50 fps, then suddenly it drops to 25. Look at floor. fixed. But why??? It's annoying. Also, it always goes to 25 fps in menu's. Your thoughts please. :)

I hope they will fix it soon because skyrim is unplayable for me. Keeps skipping frames. I've got no mods installed right now and it still skippes frames. Maybe somebody should make a mod fixing the problem :D. I can ofcourse try older drivers or something for my graphics card.

thanks for the reply. Here are my system specs. forgot to add them. Gts450 Amd Phenom 1075t x6 running at 3.0ghz 4 gb of ddr3 ram A very slow hdd which can be the probably but Im gonna get a new one soon I have put the grid back to normal by the way. i already did the nvidia skyrim tweaking guide.

gonna try it out now because my game seems to be more laggy also. Gonna disable the file and see what happens :D.

Well hello skyrim nexus forum :D. So I have this problem with skipping frames everytime (atleast that's what I think) if another object spawns in or another grid get loaded. SO I changed the grid to 3 instead of 5 and saw no change. I don't think changing the draw distance is gonna help for objects or something. Im now first gonna try to disable all mods and see then what happens. Im already running in windowed mode and have all the updates installed including dawnguard which doesen't seem to work. Please help me :D. I would appreciate it

Very weird issue. I had to re-install skyrim today because I screwed up my game. And now when I start skyrim I get to see the game real fast and then it switches back to the destkop with the game in the background. When I try to re-open it it switches back again!! This dosen't happen in windowed mode.. Can somebody please help me? *FIXED*

When doing the dark brotherhood quest and you can't find rexus just make a new esp with the creation kit and place rexus back into the chamber. Then load up the esp ingame and walk up to him. He will give you the items. If you want me to i'll make a esp for you :D

I haven't got a mesh folder in my data folder. There is a Skyrim - Meshes.bsa file but I don't know if that isn't a mod? anybody got the same prob? please let me know and if you know how to fix this problem let me know to...

I was using wupload to upload files. But now I dont need it anymore and want to cancel my premium ship. But i dont know how...

So I got an wupload premium account to download some stuff. Bit it automaticly gave me an subscription. not what i wanted. So does anyone know how to cancel it?? Because I can't seem to find a website where anybody knows. :(
