ALright still not letting me start up the game

Ok im installing that first mod and the other link dosnt go anywhere.

So i just stearted here on nexus and i just downloaded a mod onto my game and its installed and working but when i go to start playing my computer askes me if i want it to actualy start the game and if i press yess it just resets to the desktop menu where it askes if i want to start the game. I do have the game through steam and i do have some steam workshop mods downloaded onto the game. could that be the problem, and if so do i have to delete all of those mods and hope to find them here on nexus?
