+1 I feel that, in general, this game has too much ambient, and to a lesser extent, directional lighting. If these were reduced, and the radius and number (hard part) of point lights increased, the game would look much better. Often I will be inside a building, like downstairs at the Companions' HQ and everything looks bland and gross. Then I whip out a torch and everything has colors and shading and is beautiful. Lots of these rooms have candles and other lighting already, they just don't have enough juice behind them. And yes, one of my characters is a cat and nightvision is pretty much just a blurry version of normal vision.
