I had immediate Crash at GNR Building and found the Solution for me. Disable all Performance based Mods Such as Clutter Remover, Fog Remover, PCB and it will work.

I have de-selected All Mods and Just Put Basic and DLCs ESMs as well Project Brazil's ESMs & ESPs as I am playing this right now and Stuck here. Also Some Meshes are being disappeared like NPCs hairs, Exclamation Marks are there etc. But still no solution any of this

I can't Start Conversations with some NPCs such as Eric Campbell in Fallout Project Brazil and Some NPCs from Different Mods Wandering in Goodsprings. 1st Time They Talk But It ends with Only Option Goodbye. Eric Campbell 1st Talked but After I went to him when I click to Talk Screen Just Zoom ins and outs no Dialogue Option Comes on Screen. Help Me How To Make This Right
