Thank you for your help and yeah I am just going to start over and only use certain mods from now on.

I fixed the color texture problem. But it seems like every problem I fix I just create a new one as now I cant go near any city without CTD.

but its not different each time i exit and reload the game. its always the lanterns, cave spots, and certain NPC hair. Plus I have two GTX 970 4GB graphics cards It almost seems as if its a specific color texture that is missing, doesnt it?

It worked, fps drop and crashing is gone. but now i have a new problem. For my Lanterns of Skyrim mod, the lanterns are all the weird blue color, also some parts of caves ( like the one you go through to get out of helgen ) have this same blue color on ledges, and certain NPC's hair is this same blue color? I'm not a computer guy and I know I'm bad when it comes to modding but what could I have done this time? Also, thank you so much for the first fix! but if you could help me one more time please?

I just got my computer a little bit ago. I built it myself and I know you are going to say it is on me but I have been able to play Skyrim for about two weeks just fine with all my mods. All of the sudden yesterday I went to start a new game and everything just started acting weird. I could start the game but when I went create my character my fps slowly started dropping until the point my game would crash. So I skipped that by making the default character it starts you as, but then as the beginning of the game started after that point, the same thing happened. Fps would drop till my game crashes. I managed to get by that by saving the game every couple of minutes till I got out of Helgen. I got all the way to Riverwood just fine, save the game then a couple feet later the game crashed. I tried loading up the last save in Riverwood and my game just freezes at the loading screen. Then after all that I uninstalled my mods and tried starting a new game but the same thing kept happening. Now even my previous save files have the same problem of fps slowly dropping until the game crashes. I have never experienced this problem before. I have had crashes and loading screen freezes but they all had simple fixes. I looked everywhere I could think of to find this problem but nobody seems to be having it. What also makes me mad is the my game was working fine before and this just all of the sudden happened? GPU: 2x GeForce GTX 970 sli CPU: Intel® Core i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz Ram: 32GB MotherBoard: Msi z170a gaming M9 Software: Windows 10 pro I use Nexus Mod Manager Solutions I have tried: -I have made sure my drivers are all up to date -I have Verified Integrity of Game Cache ( 1 file always came up that it was unvalidated but I read up that people say that it always says that and not to worry about it ) -Used LOOT to make sure all mods were loading in the correct order -Used the latest TES5Edit to clean all mods -Uninstalled all mods and rain the game in vanilla Here is a list of all my mods that I run in load order. I have too many mods active at one time and some are of the same thing but like i said before, my Skyrim worked just fine with all this on until i tried starting a new game. Please, if anybody has some idea of what might be happening to my Skyrim please help me. I love Skyrim, one of the greatest games I have played and I really just want it back.
