Yes, i disabled UFO, Ultimate Follower Overhaul, that mod has caused a lot of quest glitches for me, also another mod that can destroy quests, is any mod that changes either timescale totally, or movement speed. Hope it helps, if you can send me a list of your active mods. And sorry for the slow reply.
