UPDATE: Rebooting my PC solved the problem. I thus suspect some sort of memory-related issue. I will report back if this happens again.

Hello. Well, to cut this short for all of your sakes: All of a sudden, without any identifiable reason, my Skyrim started doing this: http://i.imgur.com/qPN1onM.jpg Things I tried (none of it helped, the issue persisted): - Simply restarting the game - Changing from borderless windowed fullscreen to normal fullscreen - Changing from normal fullscreen back to borderless windowed fullscreen - Deactivating every single last mod in my load order via NMM - Turning off Antialiasing - Turning off Anisotropic Filtering This happened very suddenly and without any identifiable reason. It started when I was just standing around inside the temple in Raven Rock. For the record, and as you can see in the image: I actually don't even use any graphical enhancement mods. All important system and game info: CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1100T (3.3 GHz Hexacore) GPU: nVIDIA GeForce GTX 570 OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit RAM: 8 GB Skyrim and SKSE are up-to-date. I use ENBoost, 6 GB variant. Update.esm, Dawnguard.esm, HearthFires.esm and Dragonborn.esm were cleaned with TES5Edit. I experience no other issues. The game runs smoothly between 50 and 120 FPS, depending on the area I'm in. CPU and GPU temperatures are normal. CAN BE CLOSED. I got rid of Perkus Maximus. As great as that mod is - gawd-DAMN, is it incompatible with practically anything ever made or even just thought about. It messes with yer game SO much if you have even just a single incompatible mod installed... problem is, nigh-stupid amounts of mods are incompatible with it. ^^" Greets, AG

I have a big problem in my game. Essential NPCs, or at the very least followers that are set to essential, still die anyway for me. Two examples: - I set Sofia (a follower from a mod, you surely know her) to essential via her options; nope, she can still die - I manage my other followers with Amazing Follower Tweaks, making sure to set them to "Follower can not permanently die"; nope, they still do Please, can someone help me...? And this is the other troublesome thingy I experience... ... I can use the Flying Mod Beta just fine, but my followers always instantly die upon landing. And I mean always. No matter from what height - a hundred meters, one centimeter, they just die. Instantly, from full health. ... what the hell is going on there? :/ Hope someone can help. (This is also how I found out, relating to my other thread, that Sofia's Essential status MCM option doesn't work for me.) Greets, AG

Hi there. Keeping it short: What the title says. I set Sofia from the Follower Mod of the same name to essential status via the MCM options specific to her, and she can still die. ... wat? Greets, AG

Magic Scaling Mod that is compatible with Perkus Maximus?
AniGa replied to AniGa's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
Well... a bit, but it's still a fact, even with the mods you mentioned, that magic isn't as good as simply smacking things, or shooting at them. But with Perkus Maximus, Spell Crafting and Balanced Magic combined, magic is truly, and I mean TRULY on par with other combat styles... ... and Spell Crafting even makes it so you can make your own spells - which stay balanced because uber-powerful ones end up having extreme magicka costs. And Balanced Magic makes it so spells don't become obsolete, allowing the mage player to keep a versatile arsenal of spells ready for different situations, depending on how big the bang for your buck has to be. Even something like Sparks stays semi-useful that way. So the combination of these three mods, Perkus Maximus & Spell Crafting & Balanced Magic, in combination with Deadly Combat & Deadlier Dragons & Dual Wield Parrying... ... that's THE way to play the game for me, combat-wise. Everything is viable, nothing is overpowered, and it's truly challenging in a legitimate way. ... and it allows me to properly and viably play vampire spellblade style! :D Greets, AG -
Magic Scaling Mod that is compatible with Perkus Maximus?

Hmm... it does say it does stuff with perks, but that could also be a separate script that reacts when you get a perk, which would work in case the original affected perks weren't altered too much in PerMa. I'll give it a shot - in case it doesn't work, I have a clean save from before anyway. Thanks for the suggestion! Greets, AG You're welcome. I hope it works out for you. Yup! Works like a charm. And it also affects my custom spells made with the Spell Crafting Mod... ... which has a PerMa Compatibility Patch itself, so all three work together wonderfully. Thanks a bunch! Greets, AG -

Magic Scaling Mod that is compatible with Perkus Maximus?
AniGa posted a topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
Hello. I will cut straight to the chase; won't keep you long. My problem: I lightning-torture something all day, having higher Destruction skill than weapon skill, and then still end up doing more damage with a few swings of my Ork blade after having burned through all my mana way too quickly for what damage I got out of it. So I want a mod that scales spell damage, but what I found is simply incompatible with Perkus Maximus, a mod I don't want to give up on. My question: Is there a magic scaling mod out there that is compatible with Perkus Maximus? If so, it would be great if it would be compatible with custom spells, like ones from mods or made with the Spell Crafting Mod, if somehow possible. Thanks for your time, and thanks in advance for any useful answers. Greets, AG
