Dunno why it's happening, AA and AF, water displacements are disabled, using Midhrastic ENB. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=247602638 This happens for about 3-6 seconds, and appears every 1 minute. How do I fix this? Also, is there any better ENB? Can't decide which one looks better AND doesn't have this glitch. Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 6670 Forced AA and AF is disabled.

"After you kill the emperor, you must go to Amaund, to get the money, so you can finish Hail Sithis Quest. The problem is that most PC users gets "trolled/scammed" by this person, because in Volunruud, the urn has only 100 gold, not 20000. So, I ask for a mod that---Once you talk to Amaund, you get 20000 gold, and Hail Sithis is done." Well, kind people? Would you help me fix this bug? DO NOT ask me about using console, I am an "Achievement Hunter". I will use it when I will complete Skyrim (Newer with mods). So, Happy modding if anyone wants to help me.

SERIOUSLY BETHESDA. Can't you just FIX most of PCs problems? God..... Well, anyway.... I need some suggestion, or.... a mod! A mod that fixes the annoying 100-gold-urn-PC-only problem. Please.
