What about dismemberment? Is it sick to ask for a things like chopped of arms and legs? or a head or 2 :P This might be impossible because I think you have to cut up every character in the game with every possible piece of apparel they can wear.. Perhaps bodies can be cut dynamically ingame like slice plane in 3dsmax, and automatically the polygons weld together at the cut get UV's assigned to them and a texture hehe... nope Well about dismemberment I think it could be done. because you can cut up the bodies and the apparel separate just have the cut in rougly the same place. Still the animations should still work with the polygons who have been cut. In my experience altering the polymodel after animation causes problems. And what about getting rid of the bow corsair and instead use a aiming sight on the bow?
