I think the unlimited ammo attribute doesn't have anything with reload to do. Unlimited ammo probably means that the weapon can be reloaded infinitely. The rocket launcher for example has limited ammo (1 or 2 rockets) but I think all other weapons have unlimited ammo.

Maybe use some file monitor tool to see which files are actually accessed.

XCOM EU Amazon just killed my soul a little bit

Use alternative online sellers for Steam keys like getgamesgo.com and you can get XCOM for 24£ including Civ V. They also already started to sent out the keys 2 days ago. In Europe, use some VPN to unlock the game and put Steam into offline mode. Enjoy the game! -
A completely free camera like in Total War games or COH would be great.
