I have a weird weird weird problem.
Fallout 4 won't start, it just crashes when I click on play.
I only use 5 mods and all of them are small and does not require script extender. The interesting thing is that the last I played was on December, it was working fine. The HD textures DLC came out recently. So naturally, I downloaded that and installed it and that's when my game won't start up. I installed no new mods or did anything else. Literally just downloaded the HD texture packs and now game won't start.
Any idea why?

Is there way to add recon scope effect without using a weapon modification? For example just having a recon scope effect default for a custom weapon without upgrading to a weapon with recon scope effect?

Logically, when looking for an effect, one would go and look through enchanting to add a effect to the weapon.
Problem for me, "Deadeye" or something like DLC03slowtimewhileaiming is not there.
How do I add the "Deadeye" effect to a weapon of my choice by CK?

We all know with mods added the game becomes more unstable. It would suck to play for an hour and the game crashes on you in which you have to restart from the last save point. -
Unfortunately, there is no time table. And the gun itself will undergo revision soon. It was made for NV originally.

If the story is good this will probably be the best mod of any bethesda game. You guys are adding so much stuff into the vanilla game.
