  1. Benefits: Healing Powder now has no Perception penalty and heals immediately, and Bitter Drink, also healing immediately, will heal twice as much as Stimpaks. They also no longer require any survival skill to make and you get the Bitter Drink Recipe right from the beginning, instead of having to complete "Lonesome Road" DLC main quest. Melee Weapons and Unarmed Weapons are 50% more effective. The perk "Fight The Power" is enhanced. Finally, it will unlock special Tribal based Safehouses across the wasteland that cant be unlocked otherwise. these Safehouses will be filled with various items useful to tribals, and you can use smoke signals to summon one of your companions right to you (I know, cliche). Downsides: Stimpaks are 50% less effective. Guns are 25% less effective. Energy Weapons are 50% less effective. Explosives are 50% less effective. The perk "Sneering Imperialist" is unavailable to you.
  2. By which I mean official player housing. Safehouses not counted. Dino Dee-lite Motel Room (100 Caps Or Free With Accepted or higher Novac Reputation.). Lucky 38 Presidential Suite (Obtained after your first visit with Mr. House. The only house you can send companions to). The Tops' High Roller Suite (The last reward The Tops' gives you for successful gambling. It is possible to skip this reward). Ultra Luxe's Bon Vivant Suite (The last reward the Ultra Luxe gives you for successful gambling. It is possible to skip this reward). The Sink (Obtainable after finishing your first talk with the Think Tank, Old World Blues only).
  3. Basically, this will add a new type of Stimpak that heals instantly instead of overtime. For when you need to get healed quick (you are facing a Deathclaw and are at very low health). Note that these will be rare and will not replace normal Stimpaks, just will be a fallback plan. If this has already been made, please inform me.
  4. Even if this can never be done, would people play it if it could?
  5. Yeah, I might just add the new spells and Templar form and just have radiant quests for the faction. Also, the "Annihilator Of The Undead" Master Spell will now not only cost 100K Septims, but also require you to be Level 100 for the option to buy it (its not buyable through trading, its a unique dialogue option).
  6. Problem is, this is an Elder Scrolls idea. It would not work well in Fallout's setting. I do have a Fallout 4 idea, but it clearly is not as well thought out, give its low amount of replies compared to this topic. Also, why abandon Skyrim? Fallout 4 and Skyrim are two different games. I can understand if we were talking about TES6, but Fallout 4? People didn't abandon New Vegas because Skyrim came out. In fact, modding is still strong in New Vegas.
  7. Also, after completing the main quest of my mod you become the leader of Fohelm, and it becomes your own town.
  8. Oh, I am fully aware (i read the pinned post about mods rarely being taken up). To be honest, I just wanted to share this idea. I also have smaller mod ideas, including "Oblivion Rune" which is the Conjuration class of the Non-Destruction Runes introduced in Dragonborn along with the Frenzy Rune (Illusion), The Ash Rune (Alteration), and the Poison Rune (Restoration....for some reason as its the only Restoration spell that harms the living and not the undead, as the undead are immune to poison). The Oblivion Rune would summon a Dremora when/ if it is "tripped". Another is the enchantment "Rust" which causes you to do extra damage to Dwarven Machines.
  9. Oh I know. i just...had an idea and wanted to share it. I have no problem making it myself when I have the know how, but that could take a very long time, with one person it could be until (if I started it in late 2016) 2022 instead of 2018 with more than one person. Also, I am not a "he", just to clarify. Anyway, its kind of depressing, having an idea you wish to see made but knowing you are late to the party and by the time it actually gets done TESVI would be out. BTW, my idea isnt BAD is it?
  10. I could simply not include that feature in the mod if enough people feel it breaks lore. Though, the player could also simply be serving Meridia simply because they have the same goals: purging the undead, and not be an actual worshiper of her. Anyway, I see no reason to get rid of an otherwise good idea based on a few minor lore breaks that could be rectified. Since this idea was posted pretty recently, not much progress COULD be made, even if I did have the right rig. I also have a much smaller idea that forgoes the main quest and just adds the new features and some new side quests and radiant quests, and the town of Fohelm as well as the renovated Kilkreath Ruins.
  11. That is what ECLIPSE believes. Eclipse isn't every necromancer, it is just one of many cults. Just as not every necromancer is a part of The Order Of The Black Worm. Also, remember, this is "Ivori" not "Ivory". Ivori is a pale white ore, Ivory is the stuff made from tusks. I thought I clarified the difference (though, there is nothing in game that calls mammoth tusks "ivory").
  12. Meridia I dont think is one to "claim" souls. I dont think that's her chief concern. Hircine gets the souls, and Meridia gets powerful beasts to help hunt the undead. I still hope this is a good idea. I also plan on adding a new town called Fohelm, this will be on a small island (only accessible by boat from Dawnstar, and is considered a part of The Pale). Though it looks like a friendly town (and it is), it harbors a dark secret: it is (unknown to the citizens of Fohelm) right over the main base of Eclipse (yeah, I moved them away from Helgen), which is in a vast cave under Fohelm, and Eclipse has sinister plans for the town. Fohelm is about the size of Raven Rock.
  13. Werewolves arent considered Undead, as if you activate the Dawnbreaker's special ability, you are not harmed if you are a werewolf, unlike how you ARE harmed if you are a Vampire. Also, its just a fanon theory I have (Ideal Masters being behind Malyn Varen's idea of making a Black Star). Also, a soul trapped in a black soul gem always goes to The Soul Cairn if it is used for enchanting, regardless. The only way to avoid this is to leave the filled soul gem at the altar of the Daedric Prince you want it to belong to. Otherwise the ID get the soul by default.
  14. Oh, they arent zombies. The plague affects the mind, not the body. Towns will be completely different, for example, Solitude is filled with Necromancers working for The Wolf Queen Potema.
  15. Update OP, added new spell for Eclipse called "Inspire Undead". Also, for further lore, The Ideal Masters actually are the ones who put the idea of The Black Star into Malyn Varen's head and drove him to madness. If you had helped finish what he started and turned Azura's Star in The Black Star, it would no longer be Azura's Daedric Artifact, but rather The Ideal Masters' Daedric Artifact, a Black Soul Gem that never breaks, thus matching their personality.
  16. Hey, just wondering, as I love reading into lore and i'm also curious. In what sense is it lawbreaking? As in the werewolf curse is meant to render the victim kinda senseless? or because it hasn't been seen before or? Because I imagine, any kind of character that worships an entity in the game as is also a werewolf kinda fits that category ... Also what do you think to the story device mentioned of an alliance between daedra? Actually, its the result an alliance between Meridia and Hircine after the Ideal Masters cheated him out of too many werewolf souls. I like how much thought you have put into this 1992X12 to give some half realistic plot devices. Thanks! Also, thinking of making it "fill 3 Grand Soul Gems every 10 days" to balance it out. Also, the leader of Eclipse can use Shouts, including Disarm. But she isn't undead , so "Silence Of The Dead" won't work on her. Also, in the new area of Soul Cairn you explore their is a building called "The Ideal Hall" which a perversion of the Hall of Valor.
  17. http://orig03.deviantart.net/7a21/f/2016/026/a/9/fall_of_skyrim_by_x12_1992-d9pg62e.png Basically, in this alternate universe Skyrim has fallen to a horrendous plague that has twisted many of its inhabitants, making them mindless beasts, cannibals, and other awful stuff. And even those who werent affected have become paranoid and abide by a "kill first ask questions later" mindset. Assume everyone is an enemy. Supplies are very scarce, so you will have to learn how to manage your resources. You can also find books that will detail how this all came to pass, what lead up to these events. It takes place in an alternate Skyrim where the closing of the Oblivion gates happened too late and Skyrim was the worst affected. The Empire has more or less abandoned Skyrim, including any Imperial soldiers stationed there. You have only one mission: find a way to escape. But it won't be easy. This mod idea was more or less inspired by Fallout Dust.
  18. Actually, its the result an alliance between Meridia and Hircine after the Ideal Masters cheated him out of too many werewolf souls.
  19. Update OP, added new features: -Holy Werewolf. -Grand Soul Gem Filler.
  20. I have an idea similar to this where their would be a second rank of "Mystic Binding" which allows you to improve Bound Weapons with a Grand Soul Gem. Daedric Smithing makes the improvements better.
  21. SImply get cured. Because this is content made for an anti-undead build. Plus even if you could, a lot of these powers will backfire on you if you try using them while a vampire. If you like being a vampire, this simply isn't the right content for you. yeah i relised this after sleeping lol had to many espresso and got hyper haha iv got rid of my vampirism awaiting for this mod as it sounds so fun  Hey, dont be so quick. This is still just an idea, and its a pretty ambitious one as well. No one has made a new "alternate form" with its own perk tree (Undeath made a new alternate form, but it did NOT have a perk tree). My perk tree design for the Templar is gonna be a Circle over one star, Magnus, Nirn's sun. So its basically the only perk tree that's day time. Not to mention it will have a story and thus will need good voice actors. Including having the Ideal Masters speaking, as they are the main antagonist of the story. Lets just say they used their status as the weakest Daedric Prince (even weaker than Peryite, so much that no one considers them a true Daedric Prince) to their advantage.
  22. Sure, send me the designs. Also, plan on using this as CoH's symbol, on a violet flag I also plan on the new Legion flag being a Sword and a Hammer crossed together, showing Novus's veiw of the connection between soldier and worker, each doing their part to help Nova Roma (what the actual faction is called, Legion is just the name of its army).
  23. Basically, in game terms she would turn invisible and become invulnerable while running to another place, so it will SEEM like she is teleporting. Kind of like what Houdini Splicers do in Bioshock. Also, I have a companion mod idea for Fallout New Vegas.
