It would be nice to have a single texture pack that just makes the entire game look better. I'm not sure if shadows are in the realm of expertise of texture artists, but those need some TLC in this game.

I've had some relationships end, because I brought up the fact that even both of us didn't make enough money to support a family, well that was when I was 19. I was really close to getting married at 19. I'll probably settle down in my 30s and have a family. I'm not looking to have kids yet, and neither am I looking to support someone elses kids.

I signed it only to take part in the ongoing LOLs.
It would be pretty hilarious if it did get 25k signatures.

Whereas videogaming has proven to cause social, ethical and health problems in people of all ages,
Whereas sexual perversion and homosexuality are threatening to destroy the Christian foundations on which this nation was built,
Whereas a new video game has just been created that far exceeds any others in the psychological and spiritual damage it does to teens,
We, the American people, today ask you,
1) To enact an immediate ban on the videogame known as "SkyRim" produced by Blizzard Entertainment.
2) To seize and destroy all copies already in public hands and erase its presence on the internet.
3) To prosecute the players of "SkyRim" to the fullest extent of the law.
4) To create a national database of videogame avatars and "screen names" so that teenagers can be better monitored.
LOL!!! I'm pretty sure its someone trolling the USG.
Take a look at some of the signatures, LOL.

In the US you can say your inheritance goes to your pet hamster and when it dies everything gets sold and goes to charity.

I'm getting the PS3 version, I enjoy games like these more on a console.
Don't you get SR2 free with that via PSN?
I'm not sure, haven't gotten the game yet. But I already got SR2 anyway. I still got a few other games to finish before I buy any others.

If I cannot make them look good, then I'd rather just not have them period. There is a problem I got with flickering shadows every 5 secs, and well as the shadows looking very blocky, no matter the shadow detail setting. Unless there is a solution to solve the flickering and the blocky shadows I'd like to disable them.

As far as the survey goes, I think games are generally too easy. There should be a little bit of a learning curve in most games. I shouldn't be as good as I am going to get at the game after playing it for just one hour. Most modern RPGs got next to no learning curve.
A game like Baldur's Gate II for example, has a steeper learning curve than Dragon Age Origins. But I thought Baldur's Gate II was a better game, and more fun to play.
Demons Souls and Dark Souls for the PS3, I think had a good balance of difficulty.

From the benchmarks I've seen Intel Sandy bridge I5 and I7 are still better for gaming over the bulldozer. Considering games aren't using more than 4 cores, and some still only use 2, like Skyrim. People have OC'd the I5 2500k to like 5 GHZ also.
as stated above I am not even going to consider using intel. Too much money, period. I understand how much power they have in only four cores, thats all fine but I don't need it.
I got my I5 2500k for about $200. Its not too much, compared to an I7 990x, which isn't any better at gaming than the I5 2500k is and costs nearly $1000.
I7 2600k is about $300, but again for gaming its not really worth the extra $100.
If you go intel, the Z68 motherboards have smart caching, which use a SSD as a caching device to substantially boost performance and load times. You could even do 2 10k RPG HDDs in raid 0 and then use an SSD to boost a Raid array. SSD performance with the OS, and you have HDD storage space. Best of both worlds.
Boot up and load times are very, very fast on this PC due to it having smart cashing. Fastest PC I've ever had by a long shot. Windows boots up and its ready to go immediately, and I got quite a few programs loading on startup. WIth the same programs on startup, my old PC took 1-2 minutes before I could open any windows because everything had to load up. Now its instant gratification. I'm a happy clicker so I value the extra performance for load times very highly so it doesn't take a toll on my patience which I can't put a price tag on.

OHKOs used to be the standard for gaming in the old days. It wasn't until the internet following of people complaining about seeing a game over screen until they started dumbing things down. Even in Mario you could be killed 1 hit.
Also there is some equipment you can buy that makes you mostly immune to instant death. Still a chance you die, but its very, very unlikely and next to impossible your entire team gets wiped.
I thought FFXIII was a really easy game.

If you get 2 of those GPUs I would recommend you get a couple more case fans to push the hot air out.
Couple of these inside of your case.
-
Those are really good for keeping the GPUs cool, but the fans exhaust into the inside of the tower, which might create some issues in other things heating up as a result.

I know there are scams online to try to get other people to take surveys to fish for information, and are compensated for information they gather. Before I take this survey, I need to know if anyone is being compensated in any way for the time I take to give them information.

So heres the deal:
1. I want to be able to change some of the armors that my companions wear because i want them to wear something (for instance Lydia wont wear some elven or glass armor when its better than the steel armor that she has on for some reason) I want my companions to wear the best stuff cause sometimes they just die way too easily.
2. My wife is a companion and a blade so she's constantly wearing the armor even when i tell her to go home and stay at home. Is there some way that we can make her either automatically (or manually if need be) switch into clothes so its more realistic? Also, like number 1, they wont ever switch out of blades armor from what i see.
3. Finally, is there a way to see how much inventory space our companions have like New Vegas? I packmule my companions constantly and its almost a guessing game to what they can carry.
Ideas to fix:
So i was thinking of ways to fix this, and so i thought of three ways that could work: one involves a spell (similar to Oblivion mods), the other with like location parameters (inside a city/house x-type of clothes) or a favoriting system like the player has except you choose which things that you want your companion to wear. Those are just ideas though, to be honest i have no idea of the programming logistics behind it. Im pretty much a gamer with a semi OCD problem for small details in games that would be so grateful if someone else could make this for him.
Uh, Lydia is skilled in heavy armor, which means she gets better protection from the steel armor than the glass, therefore will not wear it. Try giving her a set of Daedric armor. Even if you could give her glass, it will be less protection than the steel armor, because she isn't skilled in it. And companions don't level up skills the same way you do, so light armor will never get any better on Lydia, so its rather pointless to give her glass armor.
I have seen more than a few ask these questions, and its always people trying to give companions armor/weapons they aren't skilled in and then wonder why they won't equip it.

Lets say for example, someone has 4 tons of corn, and a rats nest and a few grams of turds were found in that 4 ton pile of corn. I blame the ones storing the corn for not keeping it in more secure controlled environments, and would classify the entire load of corn contaminated and unsuitable for human consumption. According to the FDA you are allowed so many rat turds in that pile of corn. According to me, that pile of corn is contaminated and unsuitable for human consumption. It doesn't mean it will be wasted, just sell it as horse feed.

Many of the in game textures look good from a distance, but when you get close, they look like crap, which is pretty typical, and the way it is supposed to be but that doesn't mean it can't be done better. Witcher 2 for example, I would go up close to the rocks and the textures would still look pretty decent up close. I like the original textures themselves, all of them, I just wish they were higher quality in this game.
-
i didnt say best per price lol.
For that price, that GPU is completely unpractical considering you could easily get more power for less money with multiple GPUs. For about $500 you can get crossfire Radeon 6950s, overclock and unlock the shaders and you got performance almost as good as that $1500 card. For $750 you could tri-crossfire 3 Radeon 6950s and get a bit more power than the $1500 card, for half the price. Which is probably why they haven't sold out of them yet. That will run ultra/max fps everything now and at least 2-3 years in the future, Radeon 5970 is still one of the faster cards on the market, and its a year old, and its got a few years of quality gaming life left in it.

The intention of robots and machines is efficiency, to give a machine emotion defies all logic. Example, suppose you could make a cyborg, one with emotion might question an order given to it, but one without emotion would do exactly as commanded no matter the task without ever complaining.

OF course, crafted 300 iron daggers, taked dragon armor and ebony blades at start. Nice story, bro. Only 1 thing is pity - for bow sneak damage u need take sword sneak.
Yeah that is right, I should have to take dwarven smithing even though I got no intentions of ever making that armor type. And what kind of player would just use a bow anyway :whistling:

I hate America's foreign policy. The idea that we need to keep the rest of the world in check by imposing our presence is just ridiculous. No other country in the world could even dream of ever conquering the USA militarily. And we don't need to impose our presence in the world to get that point across.
As Japanese General Isoroku Yamamoto once put, when asked about an invasion of the mainland of the US : You cannot invade the mainland United States. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass. Even the Nazis and their crazy ambitions wouldn't have considered such a feat.
There are certainly some countries out there with enough nukes to destroy us, but a conquering military force would never succeed.
Considering all that there is absolutely no need for such and aggressive and imperialistic foreign policy, if they claim the intention is National Security.

I would make the only qualification for a perk a specific skill level, so you didn't have to waste 3-4 perks just to get to that one you really want. Perks have no pre-requisite other than skill level. This might open up some more variety with some skill trees like lock picking instead of them currently being a waste because you have to waste multiple perks to get to the few useful ones in some trees.

Use a pellet gun. Be sure to wear eye protection because it can ricochet if it misses. A pellet ricochet won't cause serious injury unless it hits you in the eye. It will sting like hell though.
If basic rat poison doesn't work, you could try Strychnine http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strychnine
Put a peanut butter cracker out somewhere with a drop of the poison on it. Recommend using rubber gloves when applying the stuff.
Make sure your dog can't get to the cracker, because it will kill dogs/cats.
