Are there any mods that allow the Sneak perks "Backstab" + "Assassin's Blade" to work with a Khajiit's unarmed attack?

When you create a weapon at the workbench why does it take so long for the message to appear that says it has been added to your inventory?

Is it safe to rename an ESP you made after you have saved it? Can you do this outside of the contruction set?
