no luck sadly :( So apparently my game only works when bInvalidateOlderFiles=0 if the line isn't there at all I still crash. Bethesda support has been useless, just blathering about updating graphics drivers

Trust me man I've done all of that. Deleted .ini files countless times. Last time I had an issue this serious I had to do a clean install of windows to get back on track. And I don't even know what it fixed

Bump because I can't play my game with mods and it's making me sad please help

So before this started happening I had just signed up for bethesda.net and downloaded vault 1080. After that I couldn't load into my game or start a new one without crashing. With much troubleshooting I've found that it only happens when bInvalidateOlderFiles=1. If I set it =0 I don't crash. If I disable all mods, I don't crash. If I reinstall and don't use any mods, but I invalidateolderfiles I crash. I unlinked my steam account from bethesda.net so far, I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times, deleting all my files. Bethesda's support is just giving me copy paste answers and I can't figure out what's wrong.
