    Nah the only torch mod I have installed is SM Drop Lit Torches which shouldn't have anything to do with lighting since it only allows the player to automatically drop the torch when equipping another weapon. Also as I said in my original post, the problem doesn't only exist with torches. It also exists with lanterns and magelight (just tested it to double check). Seems that any extra light source in the scene causes these problems.

    The problem:In certain interiors some of the shadows pop in when looking at a certain angle while the player or an NPC uses a torch, lantern, magelight, etc. It's very jarring and I can't seem to find the solution after turning off my lighting mods and making INI tweaks.
