Hello All. Perhaps I have missed some obvious/crucial step. I have been trying to start the game with mods, but while the game starts with no issue, the game does not load any mods that I can see. Where the game exe is, the mods are empty folders. The actual files are saved under the Witcher 3 mods in the Nexus folder. If anyone has any ideas, or knows of any modding steps I have missed, please let me know. I am not a stranger to modding (I have 140 active Fallout and 130 active Skyrim mods with all conflicts resolved), but this is my first attempt at modding The Witcher 3.
