The ability to kill anyone including quest characters if the player wishes for it as a mod would be a very nice addition and/or a mod that will accompany it that prevents unkillable characters from adding to your bounty since they often observe you committing a crime which prevents you from losing it since they cannot die.

With all the bugs around currently what get you stuck with quest items like runed lexicon, elder scroll etc (I have maybe 20 quest items stuck in my inventory) The other reason for this would be for house decoration since some of the items would look amazing around your house and I'm sure others would agree.

A simple mod to make the base stats of Dragon armor to be higher than Daedric armor.
