Yeah, I did. The problem with that wall is that it consists of the entire room, not just the wall. As for the hidden room in Windhelm, it has the incorrect textures for the wall I need. As for that, think farmhouse basement.

Hi! I'm a pretty new to modding and unfortunatly I've gotten stuck. I cannot, for the life of me find the wall piece needed to create a hole for a hidden wardrobe door. I've looked on google, no luck. So I am forced to rely on the kindness of others, and pray that they feel generous enough to bestow their knowledge upon me. Many Thanks

A mod this size would take more than just a couple of people to get done. There needs to be a team if anyone is still on board with this idea. I'd offer up voice acting if it would help any.

So I recently downloaded a mod for a follower that looks like a child. So naturally, I wanted to adopt her and add her to my hoard of pixelated children. Everything was going fine, I put her into the adoption faction, I moved her into Honorhall for my own convenience, but then I ran into an issue. I can't adopt her, and she is still showing the follower dialouge. I've looked for hours for a guide on how to create adoptable npc's, but to no avail. Any help would be wonderful. Thank you! :)

I am aware of how to google, ZsoSahal. My issue is finding a decent tutorial, that is all. Many are only guides on how to export and such. Please keep in mind I am new. I'm not trying to be lazy, I'm just lost.

As the title states, anyone want to help me learn how to create my own weapons and armors? I know the simple stuff, I know what meshes and textures are, I have a basic idea of what programs I need to make these things, but I have no clue how to actually go about making things. Anyway, How do I work nifscope and blender, as well as how to physcly make the things that I want. I've looked for ages but no one wants to fork over a nugget of information. I have large aspirations, but I'm starting small with an overly complex follower mod that is still in it's infancy. Thank you, and have a nice day!

I agree with the mod poster completely. While I have no right to be the moral arbiter of what can or cannot be created, stuff like that should be regulated. It doesn't really belong on the nexus, it kind of belongs on SexLab, where stuff like that is expected. What I'm getting at is, the Nexus appeals to a seperate audience than what Mango and other such mods appeal to, and things like that should be kept in mind. That's all.

As stated in the title, I think it would be interesting to have a mod like this to add more realism into the game. There is, after all, a daedric god of madness.They could progress slowly, like vampirism in the Dawnguard DLC, and slowly have more and more of an effect. There could be certain potions you have to take to alleviate some symptoms, and certain acts or events could cause them to get worse or better or even be the cause of certain illnesses. For instance, excessive killing of unhostile NPC's could cause psychopathy or psychotic behavior to develop. Or seeing an ally killed could cause depression. Just some thoughts...

Have you seen the show that disney did about him? And Scarecrow's, Hellspite's and Curlue's hoods would look boss, especially for an assassin character.

I agree with Moonflower, this is a very good idea that I would definatly endorse. But the unavailability for female characters kind of bothers me. Maybe a child could come from before the game, seperated crossing over the boarder or something similar. Perhaps it could be a child claiming to be the cousin of the draganborn, or maybe a neice or nephew.

I am trying to create a custom follower and NPC, and I am using portions of other mods ot complete him. Unfortunatly, I cannot get the modded hair of my choice to stay put in the file in the creation kit. It keeps telliing me that the hair file could not be found. Also, when every I go into the head preview in the creation kit, the hair looks like it's floating roughly 5ft above where it should be. I am a newbie when it comes to modding, so excuse me for my ignorance. Thank you all!.

Sorry, but I can't find dds.exe. Maybe I have a bad download, or I'm just being dumb.

I have been struggling all day to find a link for the .dds plugin for gimp. I found one, but when I try to install it, it keeps giving me a libgimp-2.0-0.dll was not found error. I am brand new to modding and have essentually no idea what I'm doing so any help would be nice. Thank you!

It would be interesting to see this integrated into a demon race mod. Maybe it could be be something like ineed, where you a certain amount of souls to stay healthy. Maybe it could have a quest line like the dark brotherhood for contracts.

I could get behind a mod like this. The dragonborn does need to retire eventually after all, and what better way to fund their lives than writing about their adventures. I can see it now... 'To Defeat the World Eater". You would probably need to find a way to integrate a spell check system into skyrim, which I imagine would be quite difficult.

I'm trying to get the hang of using the creation kit to create characters at the very least. However, I am having trouble finding a tutorial that tells how to create a character that will become hostile to the player after a certain dialouge line is triggered or something along those lines. Also, I cannot for the life of me, find a tutorial that shows how to creat custom faces or how to place characters in the world. If you could throw me some fragment of assistance, that would be wonderful. This small noob thanks thee.

I have seen requests for this before, albeit elsewere. I am looking for a mod based after the anime Black Butler, or I am looking to create it. I am looking to make a mod or series of mods that follow the second season of Black Butler in Skyrim. I have no idea even where to begin here, but since no one else is going to try, I might as well, of only for myself and a handful of others who may enjoy it. If you could direct me to an extremely detailed NPC creation guide, as well as how to create unique meshes for weapons, and outfits that would be super. Everything else, yes more than all of that, I should be able to find by myself.
