  1. I went and managed to do it myself except for one thing where I really need help. Somehow, the blue texture for the goggles is nowhere. I changed everything blue I found to green but nothing changed for the goggles.

  2. I wouldn't call myself a full time mod author, I only did ports and fiddled around with the creation kit. It's why I need help to change the color on the armor as I have no knowledge at all that could help me do it.

As for the mod itself, it's already ported to FO4, actually, and it could be argued that I have some rights over it since I did the port from FO3 to NV but that's another story.

  3. Okay, I get it, you don,t want me to get a modification to the armor. but I return you to a previous point where I said "If someone is willing to do it but want to be sure to have consent, I WILL GO ASK". But if no one is going to do it I won't be going to ask. Now you can go, we've beaten a dead horse for long enough. If i get in trouble for such a little thing, it's my concern, you can move on now.

And no mods has gone back to me on this yet so yes, it's still an open request for now.

Have a look at the fair dealing chart. You'll realize that what I'm asking for can be considered fair dealing and doesn't go against the copyright law.

As well, you might have noticed that I had already contacted the author back in fallout new vegas as I parted the armor before, showing the author is open to such a thing.

To add to this, I remind you this is for private, unshared and unpublished use. Should there be a demand because someone saw a picture and want it, I would recontact the author.

Now let's return to the subject at hand. If someone is willing to do it but want absolute certainty and ask for the author consent, they merely have to ask me, not attack me.

  5. Why does a mod has to be immersive to be accepted? This is something that comes around constantly, as if a mod is only valid if it cater to a subjective idea of immersion, which differ for everyone. If someone find a mod non-immersive, it's because that mod doesn't really interest them and they should simply move on. A mod can simply be good, it doesn't need a random and vague explanation as to how it's present in the game world.

On topic, I would love to have the M-55 Argus from Mass Effect 3: Leviathan, with an option for the Omni-blade bayonet.

  6. I've seen it a couple times so far. Some people are posting images with their characters wearing some sort of hard light shoulder pads. I'm unsure if there are more pieces to them but I was wondering where one could find the mod (because I'm fairly sure it's not in the main game) that add those.

I would post reference images but unfortunately, something seem to be preventing me from posting link or images.

  7. I would have prefered just a unique variant of the gun, perhaps to give it a background story. I had this idea of a small bunker somewhere in the desert where a Russian spy was when the bomb fell and that would be why the gun is there. But it's your mesh so do it like you feel!

  8. For having spent time with 3D modeling during my high school years, I can say that it's not hard if you are willing to take time to learn. As Opensaucer said, your first model might not be great, but it's where you must start. I remember we had to make a small helicopter and.... Well apparently, mine looked like a tiny flying pig. Which mae my teacher laugh. (9.5/10!)

I must say though, I'm lucky you accepted to work on this gun! It look great!

  9. Should be easy enough to find, give me a moment.

    Edit:

Here, I went in game and too some pictures, hopefully this help. Just note that the green parts should be gray like other metal parts! Couldn't find a non-elemental gun in game >_<

  10. Heelo everyone,

This is part a mod request, part a question thread. See, as the title say, I'm wondering if there are any mods that add borderlands 2 rifles to the game. I'm specifically talking about this one:

    http://content.videogameinfo.com/content/13306/Assault-Rifle.jpg

But without the knife. I always thought that gun would fit nicely in Fallout. So my question is, does anybody knows in someone add this gun in the game. If someone know, but it's done in a bad way, just PM me the answer.

Otherwise, would anyone be willing to add it in the game? I'd do it myself, but I lack the talent, and especially, the tools to do it.

    That is all. Peace.
