Hello, can someone help me with the issue below? I wanted to play NV with some modes like sprint mode and grenade hot key but those are not working. Tried to install MCM but that is not working either. Im new into this modding. Attached is a snip from mod organizer. I don't know where what should be the load order. Can any 1 help? :sad:
