I doubt that because all of them seem to load fine and bring up the pop ups in game. I did read when trying to search to find a fix that having it in the program files folder can cause it to act weird so I re-installed and will try again soon

Anytime I try to enable it I get the error "Fallout 3\Data\Anchorage - Main.bsa' is denied." and it will do this for all of the dlcs. I have tried FOMM an NMM and both get the error. EDIT: So using this seems to have worked but if anyone happens to know why FOMM and NMM would be doing this I wold appreciate it.
