Nexus is better I can install any mod that I downloaded from any source. beside it has a nice installer that allows us to select what we only want to install.
I think it's better people stay away from SWS because I feel like they are going to make a monopoly in gaming industry. Monopoly is a bad thing because then businesses can manipulate people as they want and they can even make people helpless because they know if a particular customer leaves them s/he has no better place to go. don't let valve to handle everything in the gaming industry. now they sell games I think it's more than enough. let the Nexus to handle the mods. so we are free from capitalism monsters.

There is a way to do this, but like fore said, only by replacing existing animations.
To make new (replacing) animations that don't interfere with the rest of the skyrim characters. I created a new Race and a new Actor class for the animations.
Then you can change the animations that you want on the new Race.
Here are the steps that I made:
Step 1. Copy the Meshes/Animations of the Actor 'Character' to a new map with your new race name (I'm going to use the name NewRace, as an example). (You can extract the animations with a BSA reader/unpacker tool found on nexus)
- Copy the following folders and files from, Meshes\Actors\Character\ to your new folder (Meshes\Actors\NewRace\):
_1stperson
animations
behaviors
character assets
character assets female
characters
characters female
facegendata
defaultfemale.hkx
defaultmale.hkx
- Delete the following, but keep the folder structure intact:
1. Every file in 'facegendata'
2. Every file in 'character assets', but NOT the files with 'skeleton' in the name.
So in the end you have the files: skeleton.hkx, skeleton.nif, skeletonbeast.nif still in your folders.
3. The same goes for 'character assets female'.
Step 2. Go in CK.
Step 3. Duplicate the race you want (Give it a custom name, For example: NewRace001)
- Under 'Copied Data' --> Select a Morph Race (I chose NordRace) and Select an Armor Race (I chose NordRace, if you forget to do this, then your actor won't have a body).
- Tab 'Body data' --> Change Skeleton and Behaviour Graph (Notice that you do this for male and female, you can switch between them in the above menu: Editing : male, female) to the new Actor folder you created at step 1
- Press the OK button.
Step 4. Add an actor (For example: newRaceCharacter001)
- Set Race --> NewRace001
- Optional: Check Unique
- Press the OK button.
Step 5. Then save everything, close the whole creation kit. And start it up again with your .esp as active file.
Step 6. Now in Top menu-item Gameplay --> Animations, there should be a NewRace Actor.
- Insert all the childs from the 'Character' Actor.
- Then let the horror begin of copy pasting all the syblings in the childs.
IMPORTANT: Don't forget to Select a Child/Sybling and rename it, because when it is duplicated it only get's copied and not saved afterwards.
As for the Standard duplicate name the action/animation event gets DUPLICATE001 after the name, you can rename this to something to your liking. If the name has a * after it, you know that it's going to be saved when you 'Close' this window NOT 'Cancel' and save the .esp.
Try to save often in between the renaming process, because my CK crashed a few times and it's not fun to do 100 items again.
Step 7. Add the new Character somewhere ingame.
Step 8. Overwrite an existing animation and play the game with the .esp to test it out.

yeah I have just had a bug which was it didn't allow me to delete a certain file.

so I can add them to creation kit ? I have been gone through all tutorials found on Internet but they are very confusing to understand. I am still in the same place. all I know how to do animations and programming I don't have any other experience so I need a help. =(
I tried to add imported to meshes from 3ds max (with .nif extension) to creation kit but when I add it to the creation kit it raises an error then the whole textures get disappeared.

this issue couldn't be fixed so I changed her hairstyle then it automatically fixed.
if someone has the same issue then make sure to avoid the mod that includes this hairstyle.

I recently downloaded this hair mod and found the shadows of external objects don't fall onto the hair but it works when I use the default hairs so I am pretty sure there is nothing wrong with my game. beside I even turned off the Realistic Lighting mod which I currently use to enhance the immersion of the game and checked how it works but still the same result appears so I am wondering how do I fix this issue.

I suppose you can obviously see the shadows don't fall on the hair properly. so what can I do it fix this issue?

Seriously Bethesda missed lot of cool features including rideable boats and ships.
oh gosh I really need rideable boats :(
I have been waiting for this game ever since Oblivion is released.
do you even know Zenimax registered Skyrim as a Trademark before you folks know about the actual game?
I have been with Skyrim always but finally I am not impressed.
guess Two Worlds 2 is better at least it has rideable boats. and large seas, but gameplay is horrible.

I have been waiting for this game for 4 years and finally they released it but still no rideable boats.
in oblivion there are so many rivers and even a large bay so boats are absolutely necessary for transportation.but I thought they will release it in their next version but still it doesn't have any rideable boats or ship. at least please consider to release this with an expansion pack.
some people raise a question are there any rivers in Skyrim? of course it does have. but not many but it's sufficient for boats though not for large nordic ships. I suppose if they allow player to ride on boats and other NPCs. so people can actually fish, use the boats for transportation. this will be nice feature. and also add some rideable carts and some missions so player can transport merchandises to any city. it can go like this way. player is received a mission from one of shops in whiterun city and the seller expects those stuff should be delivered to the Solitude somehow. now we should able to load those merchandises into our cart and travel to solitude. once we got into solitude we can received our award from the other seller. we can either use boats or carts to transport merchandises.
also even NPCs should have ability to do what we do now. I meant basically it's really cool to have rideable boats and a proper trade system.
I know there are horses but what's wrong with adding some boats.?
just look at Two Worlds 2. it has lot of cool features even it is rendered by DirectX 10.
Skyrim is a very nice game but still it is lack of some important features.
they can add them in their next expansion pack if it's possible.
Do you know Russians use small boats even in winter to transportation. ?
they do have the similar weather to Skyrim.
can anyone make a mod for this?
